I created this as an internal promotion for employees to generate referrals. I drew it will a ball-point pen and colored it in Photoshop. At first my boss didn't like it claiming it was too creative. I created the boring version with a photograph but asked her to show both to the Vice President in charge. She of course loved this one and said we had to use it. Score one for creative!
